The 134^th IATP Conference will be held in Guangzhou, China, from 10 to 14 October 2026!

The IATP Team is currently working on all conference arrangements, as well as initiatives to support membership growth. We look forward to welcoming new potential members and observers to the Conference.

APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) Project Group

Following the encouraging feedback received from IATP members, several meetings have been held online and during recent Conferences to finalize the details of the APU Project.

The IATP Team, the APU Project Group Chairs, and all involved delegates are working towards launching the pool during the 134^th IATP Conference in Guangzhou.

We encourage all members interested in providing or utilizing APU services to contact the IATP Office for further information and to become involved in the project.

Introduction Sessions for Newcomers

First-time attendees, as well as delegates wishing to refresh their knowledge of IATP activities, will have the opportunity to attend the following Introduction Sessions:

• Introduction to Parts Pooling
• Introduction to Aircraft Recovery
• Introduction to IATP Invoicing
• Senior Delegate Familiarization Session

New IATP Platform

The new IATP platform is now live and fully operational. The IATP Team, together with the development team, is closely monitoring its performance and supporting users during the transition.

To help delegates become familiar with the new platform and its functionalities, two dedicated "New Platform Presentation" sessions will be organized during the 134^th IATP Conference.

• Guest and Pionair fees must be paid online during the registration process.
• Please ensure that you apply for a visa well in advance, if required.
